We are fitness problem solvers and one hour with us can change your life. Whether you’re a beginner whose goal is to get moving, an experienced athlete looking to take it to the next level, or someone who wants to be able to take their top off at the beach and not be rolled into the ocean by some good-intentioned but misguided greeny, or if you just simply want to be able to grate cheese onto your pizza with just your abs, we have the solution for you.
We write your workouts daily; we keep it challenging and track your results to keep you progressing towards your goals. Our convenient schedule makes it easy to get in, train with intent, hang out and go home feeling accomplished and let’s face it, probably knackered.
You will become part of an incredible community where you can train and have a beer with some awesome like-minded people.

OUR PROGRAMS
Performance
A 60min class consisting of constantly varied functional movements often performed at high intensity. These daily WOD's are based on functional movements and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting and cardiovascular exercised.
Strength
This 45min class focus on weight based training - we want you to focus of the movements rather than how quick you can do them! Slowed down pace with a major muscle group focus for each session.
Conditioning
This class aim to give you a great workout, without over complicating your workout with technical movements - think high intensity, lower skill levels. 6:00am classes will get you out the door in 45min whilst the 9:30am class is the full 60min experience

Barbell Club
Lift with precision. Train with intent.
Barbell Club is a structured program focused on the Olympic lifts - the snatch, clean, and jerk - along with their key variations and supporting strength work.
Engine
Build your engine. Push your limits.
Engine sessions are built around simple, machine-based training - row, bike, ski (and the occasional run) - designed to develop real cardiovascular fitness across all gears.
Saturday Super Session
Big energy. Team vibes. Finish the week strong.
The Saturday Super Session is a 90-minute, team-based workout that brings the whole gym together to wrap up the week.
Performance+
More volume. More intent. More edge.
Performance+ is an extended 90-minute session designed for members who want to go beyond general training and step into the competitive side of fitness.
Personal Training
Want something tailored just for your goals and needs? Book in a session with one of our coaches and leave all the thinking up to them.
Open Gym
Can't make one of our sessions? Feel like putting your hoodie on and squatting in the corner so you don't have to talk to anyone?Then this is the session for you. Book in a time outside of our class times and the gym is yours.
