Sauna

The health benefits of saunas are definitely nothing to be glossed over. Immersing yourself in the heat reached in our Avada Sauna, has been proven in multiple studies to have huge health benefits. These include reducing the risks of cardiovascular diseases, increasing stamina, reducing depression, increasing your human growth hormone, reducing muscle atrophy (loss of muscle mass), increase sleep quality and reducing the risks of dementia. And those who have been lucky enough to enjoy a session in our sauna already will agree that jumping in post-class is an awesome way to relax and unwind before the day ahead or before heading home to finish the day off. Our traditional sauna has the capability of reaching in excess of 110 degrees celsius but generally sits between 85 and 95 degrees.
